She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jumbeck and Evelyn Jumbeck (Kaiser); her husband William Starnes; her children, Shawn and Cecelia; her sister Judith Grotjahn; and her nephews, Mark and Ryan Grotjahn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Ring (Barry) and Evelyn Klungtvedt; and her grandchildren, Christopher Klungtvedt, William Peterson (Heather), Phyllis Poole (Brad) and Jonathon Smith (Lily). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
