He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stanislawski and Esther Stanislawski (Schlesser); his wife Judy; and his brothers, Billy, Pete, Bob and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Theurer (Steve) of Holmen, Jason Stanislawski (Debbie) of Hayward, WI and Jill Bertram (Aric) of Bloomington, MN; his grandchildren, Trevor and Kaci Theurer; and his brothers, Frank Stanislawski (Mary) of Cabott, AR and Joe Stanislawski (Raelene) of Altura, MN..
Memorials are preferred to St. Casimir's Catholic Church.
