He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lorenz and Mildred Lorenz (Rotering); and his niece Moira. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Weis; his sons, Jesse Lorenz and Ian Lorenz (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alexander, Ethne and Kael; his brother Gregory Lorenz; his in-laws, Mary Smith (Marv), Thomas Weis (Mary) and Jane Weis (William Nelson); and his nieces and nephews, Travis, Thomas, William, Kieran, Alexander, Emma, Cora, John and Kate. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
