She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; and her daughters, Karen, Donna (Guepfer) and Mary (Lindstrom). She is survived by: her children, Bill, Barbara, Paul, Tom (Betsy), Jim, Jon (Eun Suk) and Becky. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her last years were ravaged by Alzheimer's disease which reduced her to a shadow of her former self.
