It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Goede of Winona, Minnesota, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Goede and Alice Goede (Carlson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Duffy; his sons, Kevin (Anita) and Brian (Jenny); his grandchildren, Angela Thomas (Patrick), Kyle Goede (Samantha), Josh Goede and Daria Goede; his great grandchildren, Henry, David, Phoebe, Muriel Thomas and Sophie Goede; his adoptive daughter Loretta Rathert; his sister Carole Lovitt of Indio, CA; his sisters-in-law, Marianne Hohenner (Harro) and Linda Walzon; and his close friend Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
