He is survived by: his son Jody Allen (Elizabeth) of Erie, CO; his wife Maureen Halloran Allen; his stepson Jeff of Rochester; his grandchildren, Eden, Kaitlyn, Nicholas and Hazel of Erie; and his sister Kaye DeCrook (Duane) of Jasper, MN.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
The family asks for memorial gifts to be made to Mayo Foundation, specified to Hematology research or unrestricted to Season's Hospice.
