George Stolpa Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 84, George Stolpa of Winona, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Stolpa and Victoria Gastomczek; his siblings, Gene (Shirley), Bernadine Thilmany (Ray), Lorraine Brophy (Pat), Walter (Marlene), Bobby (Delaine), Donnie (Betty) and Frank (Florence); and his granddaughter Jaida Marie.
He is survived by: his former wife Mona Votruba; his daughters, Kelly Stolpa (Dave Thaldorf) and Kim Stolpa; his grandchildren, Ashley Stolpa, Sebastian Christensen, Willow Gibbons and Sage Gibbons; and his brother Ben Stolpa (Gayle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family, and close friends.
