He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Grob and Grace Grob (Von Wald); his brother Gaven "Butch" Grob; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice, Norm Kohlmeyer, Glen, Muriel Schroeder and Robert Wiegman.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Schroeder; his daughters, Lenae Barkey (Dean) of Rochester, MN, Rhonda Ihrke (Brian) of Rochester, MN, Karla Winter (Mark) of Virginia, MN and Kari Hak (Brad) of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Kallyn, Ryan Barkey, Jacob (Claire), Joey, Megan Ihrke, Brittin, Marcus Winter and William Hak; his great grandchild Adelaide Ihrke; his siblings, A. Kenneth Grob of Park Rapids, MN and Barbara Jones of Boulder, CO; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Grob of Oelwein, IA and Sandy Wiegman of Greenville, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
