He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Welke and Florence Welke (Gruner); and his daughter Emily Fifield. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Paula Lipinski (Trevor); his son-in-law Keith Fifield; his grandchildren, Madeline and Benjamin Fifield of Riley Lipinski; and his brother Edward Welke (Vicki).
