He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Plank and Mildred Plank (Williams); his son Kevin Wayne Plank; his siblings, George Plank and Donna Ahern; his sister-in-law Peggy Sorenson (Mary Geiger); and his parents-in-law, Norris and Hildred Sorenson.
He is survived by: his wife Norma (Sorenson); his children, Lisa Swanson (William) of Lakeville, MN, Lori Meurer (Michael) of Winona, MN, Janel Schneider of Rochester, MN and Dale Plank of Winona, MN; his grandchildren, Brittany Meurer (Andy), Isaiah Meurer, Megan Sedler (John) and Benjamin Schneider; his siblings, Earl Plank of Tacoma, WA and Leah Bork of Onalaska, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Plank of Rochester, MN, Ron Geiger of Denver, CO, Barb Thomann (Eugene) of Littleton, CO, Rodney Sorenson of Albert Lea, MN and Karen Johnson (Marty) of Geneva, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
