She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Collins and Doris Collins (Johnson); her husband Herb; and her son Terry. She is survived by: her children, Jody Koci (Michael), Wendy Streifel (Thomas) and Steven Barge (Steve); her grandchildren, Justin Streifel (Dakota) and Madeline Streifel; her siblings, David Collins (Sonia) and Vicki Powell (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Sandra Brenner (Bob). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
