He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Spencer and Lorene Spencer (Heiniman); and his siblings, Allen Spencer, Lois Gazeley, Dale and Marian.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Allcorn (David) of Conroe, TX, Sandra Lyons (Patrick) of Clovis, NM, Todd Spencer (Stephanie) of Clovis, NM and Scott Spencer of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; and also, Frances Spencer and Winona. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
