He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Sackett and Myrtle Sackett (Tanquist); his former wife Joanne Mary Sackett (Valentine); his siblings, Roger Sackett (Ruth) and Lenelle Peters (Orville); his son Alan Sackett; and his granddaughter Krystal Hundt.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Rogers (John), Rick House (Lisa) and Kimberly Hundt (Tom).
