She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamert Eichman and Irma Eichman (Wolfe); her husband Robert Czaplewski; her son Robert Czaplewski; her significant other Elmer Nelson; and her siblings, Sister Adrienne "Ramona", Jim, Teresa, Ruth, Helen and Lucy.
She is survived by: her children, William (Susan), Brenda (Paul), Lynn (John) and John (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jenna, Bridget (Nick), Adam (Virginia), Brittney (Joshua), Adrienne, Christopher (Elsa), Julia and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Haylee, Chase, Airabella, Jaxson and Nalah; and her siblings, Rose and Chris. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sugar Loaf Senior Living Memory Care Garden.
