He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hornsby and Roberta Hornsby (Morrison); his brother Charles Hornsby; and his daughters-in-law, Carletta Hornsby and Sherry Hornsby.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Christopherson; his children, Michelle Armand-Le'day (John), Tony Hornsby (Julie) and John Hornsby (Jenny); his grandchildren, Daniel Hornsby, Emma Hornsby, Madison Hornsby and Freja Hornsby; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Drake, Gage, Jordyn and Jaedan. He is also survived by 5 sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
