She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Russell Brownell (Mel); her children, Tom Brownell (Ann) of Oakton, VA, Jim Brownell (Renee Brownlee), Richard Brownell (Serena), Mary Andrew, Chris Brownell (Andrea Walczak) and Paul Brownell (Selina Jackson); her grandchildren, Catherine Brownell Wykoff (Bud), Greg Brownell (Polly), Mark Brownell (Margaret), Megan Brownell Vickerman (Kevin), Abby Brownell (Max Kes), Parker Brownell, Margaret Andrew, Laura Andrew, Nick Brownell, Michaela Brownell, Julia Brownell and Lauren Brownell; and her great grandchildren, Seamus Brownell, Kaitlin Wykoff, Sarah Wykoff, Jack Brownell, Claire Brownell and Emilia Vickerman. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law.
