He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Conrad and Augusta Conrad (Nagel); his siblings, Mable Tietz (Chet), Alvin Conrad (Lula), Ervin Conrad (Lydia) and Ernest Conrad (Mamie); his nephews, Merlin Conrad and Ernest Burrow; and his niece Lorraine Urban.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Urban; and his nieces and nephews, Janie Lee (Dean), Bonnie Burrow, Carol Sonnabend (Bob), Bob Conrad (Ruth) and Dennis Conrad (Mary).
