He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dase and Edith Dase (Holcomb); and his siblings, Irene Kleen (Harold), Helen Nystrom (Charles) and Fred W. Dase, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Helen Schwardt of Amboy; his sons, Gene of Mankato, Michael of Dallas, TX and Matthew of Moorhead; and his sister-in-law Beverly Dase. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Lutheran Care Center of Blue Earth, St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Amboy, or as the donor wishes.
