He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis John "White" and Virginia Mae O'Neil (Springer); and his brothers, Jerry and Kiernan O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Linda Perrine; his children, Julie Vangsness (David), Kevin O'Neil (Stephanie), Terri Shuck (Bruce) and Sara Obermeyer (David); his grandchildren, Colt O'Neil (Monikka), Heather O'Neil, Joshua O'Neil, Orrin Shuck (Leah), Clint Schmidt (Hannah) and Christina Farris (Shane); his great grandchildren, Owen O'Neil, Jaycee, Gracie Mae O'Neil, Killian O'Neil and Casson Farris; his siblings, Kent O'Neil (Kay), Jeannine O'Neil and Rosalyn Crossen (Eugene); and his siblings-in-law, David McQueen (Cookie) and Kathy McGrath (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
