He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustin Diaz and Esiquia Diaz (Gobea); and his brothers, Thomas, Felix, James and Natividad.
He is survived by: his children, David (Milinda), John (Diana) and Teresa; and his sisters, Petra, Mary and Tina. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
