We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2023, at the age of 90, Donna Ruel of Winger, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Osborn and Helen Osborn (Miller); and her husband Raymond Ruel. She is also survived by two sons, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
