He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Jurgens and Marylin Hammett; his siblings-in-law, Joe and Flo Follen; and his sisters, Vickie Schnepf and Debbie Brandmire.
He is survived by: his wife Edith "Edie" Follen of Windom; his children, Fallon Guazzo (Matthew "Chrometop") of Storden and Brady Jurgens of Windom; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jack, Hayden, Isaac, Audrey and Jaxon; and his siblings, Jolaine Mielke (Bill) of Windom, Greg Jurgens (Darla) of Windom, Mary Nierenhausen of Cold Springs, Scott Hammett (Lisa) of Madison Lake, Jim Hammett (Julie) of Janesville and Brian Hammett (Stacy) of Janesville.
