He was predeceased by: his wife Lora Sacks; his children, Jennifer and Todd; his parent Grace Sacks (Chattelle); and his sister Trudy Bombardier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Harris (Dave) of Plankinton, SD and Jodi Higley (Joel) of Windom; his great grandchildren, Tom Harris (Alli) and Tye Harris (Aspen); his sons, Noah, T. J. Harris and Jordan Higley (Brittany); his grandchildren, Olivia, Grayson, Eliana and Josie Mae Schoneck (Scott); his daughter Jolyssa Halvorson (Trenton); his pet Smoker; and also Gordon. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the American Lutheran Church (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
