She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis O'Connor and Emma O'Connor (Hartmann); her husband William "Bill" Fisher of Patrick's Catholic Church; her children, Cindy, David, Paul and Daniel; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Fisher; her siblings, Eddy, John and Helen Bragdon (Mickey); her brother-in-law Glen Strom; her parents-in-law, Harold and Marie Fisher; and her brother-in-law Ronald Fisher (JoAnn).
She is survived by: her son Steve Fisher (Wanda Nelson) of Spirit Lake, IA; her sisters, Margaret Farrel (Gene) of Paducah, KY and Mary Ann Strom of Spirit Lake, IA; and her sister-in-law Diana O'Connor of Victoria, MN. She is also survived by three grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations are appreciated in Shirley's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's.
