He is survived by: his mother Delores Frericks (Plaetz); his children, Derek Frericks and Shayla Frericks; his wife Cheryl Nelson; his stepson Ryan Nelson (Katrina); his siblings, Roger Frericks, Sharon Then (Bruce), Jan Brey (Stan) and Dianne Harkin (Pat); his nieces and nephews, Dustin Then (Desiree), Brad Brey (Mel), Brian Harkin (Erin), Danielle Toftely (Eric), Devon Golla (Steven), Shannon Vetsch (Aaron), Dawn Stenstrom (Jason) and Dedra Weigman (Andrew); his stepgranddaughters, Megan Rogers, Gemma Nelson and Marlee Nelson; and his pet Tyson. He is also survived by many other friends, customers, farmers, co-workers, and other relatives.
