He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Loren Johnson, Hjalmer and Edith Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Cashel, Kendrick, Ryan and Kinsley of Windom, Minnesota.; his grandmother Violet Johnson of Worthington; his parents, Kent Johnson (Pam) of Worthington and Diane Johnson of Windom; and his siblings, Daniel Johnson (Iryna) of LeMoore and Sarah Botha (Johannes) of Missouri.
The family asks that donations be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Dementia (theaftd.org), in lieu of flowers, so that we can encourage more education, research, treatment and a cure for this awful disease.
