He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Scrivens (Walker) of Windom, MN; his children, James Walker (Ann) of Garden Grove, CA, Urban Crawford of Cave Creek, AZ and Monte Scrivens (Beth) of Windom, MN; and his grandchildren, Cory Walker, Wyatt and Kaede Scrivens.
