Don Hoppe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2023, at the age of 81, Don Hoppe of Windom, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don Hoppe to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Hoppe and Minna Hoppe (Nagorske); and his brother Carl Hoppe. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hoppe (Haberman); his sons, Bryon Hoppe (Rita) of Windom and Brent Hoppe (Emily) of Edina; his grandchildren, Christopher Hoppe (Lacie) of Windom, Blaine Hoppe (Jerry) of Winona, Vivian and Evelyn Hoppe of Edina; his great grandchildren, Marcus, Seth, Corbin and John Hoppe of Windom; his sister Judy Bochman (Mike) of Waseca; and his sister-in-law Barb Hoppe of Silver Lake, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations are preferred to the Windom Fire Department for the upkeep of the 1923 LaFrance which was the first automated vehicle for the department.
