He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis August and Elizabeth Pomerenke (Schmidt); and his siblings, Loren, Eldon, Donald (Kenneth Pomerenke) and Lois Behrens (LaVonne Pfeil).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Ebeling of Windom; his children, Bill Pomerenke (Paula) of Apple Valley, Sara Pingeon (Jeff) of Waconia and John Pomerenke of Waite Park; his grandchildren, Kyle Pingeon (Jenn) of Northglenn, CO and Kelly Tee (Jacob) of Milwaukee, WI; his sister Marles Lange of Windom; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Pomerenke of Lakefield and Annette Ebeling of Milford, IA.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Memorials may be directed in Delbert's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
