She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Freking and Loretta Freking (Holton); her husband Richard Ortmann; her brother Don Freking; and her siblings-in-law, Karolyn Freking, Vicki Freking and Francis Wurth.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Ortmann (Lynn) of Windom, MN, Ken Ortmann (Nancy) of Marshall, MN, Jeanine Hiller (Matt) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dan Ortmann (Linda) of Windom, MN, Ann Arendt (Gary) of Sioux Falls, SD, Tim Ortmann (Ellie) of Buffalo, MN and Mike Ortmann of Wadena, MN; her siblings, Larry Freking of LeMars, IA, Jim Freking (Sally) of LeMars, IA and Pat Wurth of Marcus, IA; and her sister-in-law Carol Freking of Topeka, KS.. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
