He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gross and Myrtle Gross (Wohl Gross); his parents-in-law, Alexander and Edna Brittany; and also, Kenneth Walinga and Kelsey Jo Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Gross of Windom; his children, Krista Jass (Darrin) of Mankato and Brett Gross (Lynda) of Baxter; his stepsons, Tyler Clark of Madison and Ryan Clark of Shakopee; his grandchildren, Teegan Jass of St. Peter, Bruce Gross of Little Falls and Dylan Gross of Baxter; his brother Bernie Gross (Nancy) of Fridley; his brother-in-law Klay Walinga (Jen) of Windom; his former wife Jean Gross (Brittany) of Battle Lake; and his mother-in-law Mary Lou Walinga of Windom.
