She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Franzen and Rachel Franzen (Egdorf); her husbands, Rueben Hedquist, Edward Schweigert and Lester "Lolly" Speckmeier; and her brother Lloyd Franzen.
She is survived by: her sons, Perry Schweigert (Cindy Bullerman) of Fulda, Les Speckmeier (Sue) of Fulda, Bradley Schweigert (Brenda) of Fulda, Kevin Schweigert (Susan) of Fulda, Paul Schweigert of Windom and Clare Schweigert (Candi) of Alexandria; her stepdaughters, Rhonda Hinton and Teresa Rogers (Brian); and her siblings, Wayne Franzen (Twyla) of Woodbury, Larry Franzen of Heber, AZ, Ricky Franzen (Marge) of Crestone, CO, Betty Getzel of Fulda, Evelyn "Evie" Barnes of Fulda and Marlyse Frey (Jerry) of Hoyt Lakes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 ½ great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
