It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Slater of Wilmont, Minnesota, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slater and Helena Slater (John); his wife Mildred Klein; his son David Slater; and his grandson Kyle Uppman.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Slater (Monica), Theresa Henderschiedt (Allen), Beverly Uppman (David) and Joseph Slater (Connie Nelson); his grandchildren, Adam Slater (Amy), Daniel Slater (Ellen), Tami Dieringer (Matthew), Brian Henderschiedt, Stacy Sithad (Sone) and Tracy Alexander (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Robbie, Susan, Frank, Henry, Charlie, Clara, Helena, Miriam, Tayden, Rylan, Lauren and Logan.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family graveside service will be Friday at 1pm officiated by Monsignor Richard Colletti.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
