He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Mary Hoffman; his wife Pam Einck; his children, Todd Einck (Brenda) of Olathe, KS and Amy Howell (Michael); his grandchildren, Brooklynn Einck, Braden Einck, Audrey Howell, Lauren Howell and Kathryn Howell; his brothers, Jim Einck (Sally) of Phoenix, AZ and Rodney Einck (Madge); and his siblings-in-law, George Hoffman (Jean), Steven Hoffman (Brenda), Virgil Hoffman, Bob Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman.
