He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sack and Susan Sack (Steindl); his former wife Carol Sack (Kliniski); and his siblings, Margaret Sack, Dottie Kuehn, Ann Legonsky, Carol Fosse and Joseph Sack.
He is survived by: his children, John Sack, Shelley Underhill (Art) and Jeannie Sack; his grandchildren, Derek Sack (Vanessa) and Shayna Sack Simonson; his great grandchildren, DJ, Carson Sack and Ryver Sack Simonson; and his siblings, Ray Sack and Gertie Luepke. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamlin Hansen Kosloski Funeral Home (609 Folz Blvd, Moose Lake, MN 55767). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
