He was predeceased by: his parents, James Watson and Lenora Watson (Zundel); his wife Elaine Ortenblad (Ayotte); his sons, Craig and Ron; his grandson Mike Watson; and his siblings, Mervin, Donald, Arlene and Jeannie.
He is survived by: his stepson Douglas; his son Doug Watson (Geralyn) of Alexandria, MN; his daughters-in-law, Cathy Watson of Willmar, MN and Michelle Watson of Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Tarrah Cornelia (Mike) of Rio Rancho, NM, Kristal Bomstad (Ben) of Alexandria, MN, Scott Watson (Laura) of Rochester, NY and Matthew Watson (Kelly) of Santa Rosa, FL; his granddaughter-in-law Jennifer Watson of New London, MN; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Dayne, Micah, Parker, Tia, Elizabeth, Ethan, Kayla, Jack, Kelsey and Kylie.
