He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Clouse; his parents, Maynard Hanson and Marion Hanson (Renstrom); his parents-in-law, Vincent and Cecilia Clouse; his brother Bill Renstrom (Mary Anne); his siblings-in-law, Ellsworth Bjork, James Clouse, Eunice Clouse and Carol Clouse; and his niece Karen Theel.
He is survived by: his daughter Terri Hanson Berg (Joe) of Chanhassen; his grandchildren, Justin Berg (Mikaela) of St. Bonifacius and Kaila Ratelle (Michael) of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, Doris Bjork of Willmar, Alice Johnson (Art) of Willmar and Richard Hanson (Mary) of Willmar; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome Clouse of Forest City, IA, Sharon Koll (Loren) of Long Prairie and Lucy Clouse of Hutchinson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In remembrance of Robert's life and in lieu of flowers the family asks that any charitable donations be made to The University of Minnesota, Sarcoma Cancer Research Fund or St. Aloysius Catholic Church of Olivia.
