It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Elling of Willmar, Minnesota, born in Onamia, Minnesota, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mandel H. Elling and Esther Westphall Elling Berger; his brother Jerry K. Elling; and his stepfather Victor T. Berger. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Exsted (Harvey) of Isle, MN and Daniel D. Elling of Willmar, MN; and his close friends, LaVonne and Tom Quackenbush of Redwood Falls, MN. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
