He is survived by: his mother Blanca Mejia; his stepfather Abel Ramirez of Willmar; his daughters, Estrella, Esperanza and Sofia Rascon; his close friend Claudia Mijares; and his siblings, Yesenia Almanza of Tempe, AZ., Arcadio Salinas Jr. (Monica) of Willmar, Adrian Salinas (Karina) of Willmar and Bella Mejia of Willmar. He is also survived by ses many other relatives and friends.
