We bid farewell to Melvin Gene Mason of Willmar, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Melvin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mason and Josephine Mason (Pierce); his wife Irene Fischer; and his siblings, Mary, Charlotte, James, William, Lloyd, Norman, Theodore, Charles and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Mason (Cheryl) of Silver Lake, Kathleen Kleindl (Larry) of Willmar, Jeannette Bakken (Doug) of Northfield, Joan Archer (John) of Zimmerman and Becky (Justin Nissen) of New Auburn. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, besides other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Tromso Cemetery Association are preferred.
