She is survived by: her mother Patricia Simmons (Przymus); her husband Leland Jellema; her sisters, Jenny Gambell (Tom) of West Bend and Karen Auten (Jason) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her nieces and nephews, Whittney, Aaron Gambell, Ryleigh, Tryg and Reagan Auten.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lentz Funeral Home - West Bend (104 1st Ave SW, West Bend, IA 50597). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the West Bend Cemetery (5745 475th St, West Bend, IA 50597).
