With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marlene Della Santjer of Willmar, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Santjer; her brother Vernon Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Peterson, Henry Freiborg, Esther Santjer and Wilma Santjer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hilken (Mark) of Fort Dodge, IA, Diane Landberg (Ron) of Willmar, Bob Santjer (Jean) of Sacred Heart and Dean Santjer of St. Paul; her sister Harriet Freiborg of Olivia; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Santjer of Sacred Heart, James Santjer (Phyllis) of Clara City and Elaine Blom (Gordon) of Raymond. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bunde Christian Reformed Church (5086 140th Ave SE, Clara City, MN 56201). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
