She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Chapman and Anna Chapman (Douma); and her siblings, Sheldon and Lorna Hahn. She is survived by: her husband David Van Ort; her daughters, Kimberly Ochocki of Willmar and Kelly Peickert of Willmar; and her sisters, Sherrilyn Chapman of Plains, MT and Mavis Muller of Little Falls. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
