Lavonne Janette Schow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavonne Janette Schow of Willmar, Minnesota, who passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Kostad and Elnore Kostad (Zahnow); her brothers, Curtis and David Kostad; her in-laws, Russell and Delores Schow; and her brother-in-law David Swanson.
She is survived by: her husband Kim Schow; her children, Jennifer Schow of Willmar and Matthew Schow (Mel Rogalla) of Willmar; her grandsons, Noah Schow, Carter Schow, Cameren Champagne and Isaiah Schow; her stepgrandchildren, Taylin, Caden and Rylan Champagne; her sister Diane Swanson of Cold Spring; and her in-laws, Jeff Schow (Julie), Debbie Schow, Brenda Beningen (Jim), Mike Schow and Kurt Schow (Kimberley). She is also survived by ses other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vinje Lutheran Church (1101 Willmar Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201).
