She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Fosso and Helen Fosso (Nelson); her grandparents, Sig, Verlinda Fosso, Elmo and Mildred Nelson; her uncles, Kenny Nelson and Ronnie Nelson; and her nephew Grady Fosso.
She is survived by: her caregiver Bob; her brothers, Lonnie Fosso (Penny) and Ryan Fosso (Sarah); her sisters-in-law, Roxie Ross (Tim) and Linda Davis (Bill); her stepchildren, Lauren Blaisdell (Andrew) and Danny Rodenberg; her grandchildren, Paxton and Cecilia Blaisdell; her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Trevor (Alicia), Kalley (Jeremy Pratt), Emma, Elsa and Harris Fosso; her aunt Lois Nelson; and her uncles, Bobby (Lorraine Nelson), Ralph (Betty Nelson), Doug (Barb Nelson) and Jim (Kathy Peterson).
Kelly grew passionate about her disease by speaking at many long-term care facilities, libraries and churches prior to Covid.
Memorials are preferred to CentraCare Rice Hospice or CaringBridge.
