He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Luz and Onesimo Juarez. He is survived by: his children, Jace Hansen-Juarez and Maleise Juarez; his parent Maria Florez; his siblings, Luz Juarez (Chris Holm), Anita Mazurek (Sam) and Joshua Florez; and his nieces and nephews, Layla Holm, Grace Mazurek, Jack and Henry Mazurek. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
