He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Gunderson of Dalton, MN; his children, Lynn Suter (John) of Murdock, Keith Petersen (Barb Geranen) of Aberdeen, SD and Kyle Petersen (Paula) of New London; his grandchildren, Kelli Maurer (Andy), Oliver, Tristan of Clear Lake, Britta Kramin (Eric), Evelyn of Minnetrista, Cody Suter of Murdock, Anya Essendrup (Lance), Owen of Cosmos, Dalton Petersen of Missoula, MT, Chase Petersen of Aberdeen, SD, Brett Petersen (Nicole), Olivia of Murdock and Hunter Petersen (Victoria Pagel) of Murdock; and his brothers-in-law, Vernon Youngren and Glen Gunderson. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
