It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Hanson of Willmar, Minnesota, born in Lake Lillian, Minnesota, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Clouse and Cecilia Clouse (Moudry); her siblings, James Clouse and Carol Clouse; her parents-in-law, Maynard and Marion Hanson; her brothers-in-law, Ellsworth Bjork and Bill Renstrom (Mary Anne); and her niece Karen Theel.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Hanson of Willmar; her daughter Terri Hanson Berg (Joe) of Chanhassen; her grandchildren, Justin Berg (Mikaela) of St. Bonifacius and Kaila Ratelle (Michael) of Eden Prairie; her siblings, Jerome Clouse (Eunice) of Forest City, IA and Sharon Koll (Loren) of Long Prairie; and her siblings-in-law, Lucy Clouse of Hutchinson, Doris Bjork of Willmar, Alice Johnson (Art) of Willmar and Richard Hanson (Mary) of Willmar. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In remembrance of Elaine's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Aloysius Catholic Church of Olivia or CentraCare Hospice of Willmar.
