In the sacred silence of farewell, Elaine Annette is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Ayotte and June Ayotte (Snyder); and her brother Thomas "Tommy". She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Gehrt of Willmar; her children, Paula Gehrt of Atwater, Kenneth Gehrt (Lorie) of New London, Nicholas Gehrt (Marilyn) of Paynesville, Connie Wog (Jason) of Willmar, Sirena Gehrt of Atwater and Amy Carlson of Otsego; and her sister Pam Ayotte of Willmar. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church (1237 15th St SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
