He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Jensen and Elma Jensen (VanVickle); his wives, Beverly Magnuson (Hanson) and Mildred "Minnie"; his stepsons, Scott and Jeff Magnuson; and his siblings, Calvin, Edward, Elvie Jaeger, Esther Moore and Elsie Kasianov.
He is survived by: his children, Bev Pothen (Randy) of Murdock, Jeanie Shike (Roger) of Brooten, Margie Nyffeler of Paynesville, Sam Jensen (Brenda) of Benson, Sandy Alton (Rick) of Miltona and Jackie Setterberg (Mike Wright) of Spicer; his stepdaughter DeAnn Martins (Darrell) of Willmar; his stepdaughter-in-law Pam Magnuson of Willmar; and his siblings-in-law, Vonnie Hall (Joe) of Pennock, Raymond Terhaar (Carol) of Brooklyn Park and Johnny Terhaar (Phyllis) of Oak Grove. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
